- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we are a custom install company, there is no set standard price. All jobs are created specifically for what the clients needs are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Bill likes to do a phone interview first to see what the clients needs are. The next step is going to where the work needs to be done to do a site survey and again talk with the potential client. After that a quote is done and another meeting. Then the work begins. Bill is always on the job site!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We come from a field service engineering and robotics IT background. We have a Connecticut low voltage license and belong to CASIA and CEDIA, which are industry organizations. We are in class every other month for new product training and we also take the necessary steps each year to ensure that our license is up to date.
