I had Vanessa cater my 4th of July party last year. The theme was "Republican". I'm a vegetarian and we had several guests with dietary restrictions. Vanessa created a menu with some great passed hors dourves during the main party (I still have people ask about the grilled shrimp w bourbon sauce) and a late night menu for sobering up. Sausage and peppers & an awesome farro and mushroom pie.
She gave lots of options for our price point and gave some great suggestions to keep the party on theme.
Best part- I didn't have to cook and the kitchen wasn't a mess in the morning.
