I gave 5 stars because Francisco was a very professional and knowledgeable owner. He took the time to ensure I understood the project. He bid about 3/4s the price 3 other contractors had bid for the same quality equipment and plan of performance. I was not too happy it took longer to get the job done than previously quoted but understood he had been awarded more contracts lately than he'd anticipated. A good place to be for a contractor but not so much as a customer but again I could live with it. (1st world problems, right?) Francisco was also the only one of the 4 contractors I got quoted from to offer copies of his license and references. He had no issue with pulling city permits and each phase of conduit trench, rough in electric and final inspection passed without incident. A true professional and owner going places.
