- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Integrity is one of our core values so we do our very best to make sure our quotes are accurate. We have over 20 years of experience with cleaning and pricing carpet, upholstery tile and hardwood. Trust me after 20 years we have seen just about everything. You will not experience bait and switch or high pressured selling EVER with Extreme Clean. Just a quality experience with great customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first give a quote. Once the quote is accepted then we schedule an appointment to deliver our services. This done via text, email, phone or thumbtack chat. We send reminder emails and text 48 hours prior to service and the technician will call or text when he is in route. We always walk through and review the job to ensure the quote is accurate and also to identify any potential problem areas that we need to offer other solutions to. Once job is complete we do a post walkthrough and ensure you are happy with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been IICRC certified for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
