I am a full time real estate professional. Buyers don't have to pay commissions so no discounts needed. For sellers I provide unparalleled marketing, support and strategies. I am happy to talk about commission when we sit down for a listing presentation on your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet up front with new clients. I find transparency and education are paramount in real estate. This gives us the ability to set the groundwork and meet in person before going into one of the biggest purchases or sales in life.

I continually educate myself through seminars, webinars, company trainings and conferences. I also am immersed in real estate everyday which gives me unique insight into the present market.
