Introduction: Chevy Chase Music School — Finding Music a Home We believe in the importance of feeling comfortable and establishing a relaxed creative environment, which is why we specialize in providing in-home music lessons. We serve the greater D.C. area and are constantly adding new teachers. Our teaching approach differs considerably from the conventional and often monotonous lessons regimen due to the emphasis that we place on a comprehensive music education. This philosophy spurred us to open this music school. Our lessons include components of theory, history, and music appreciation, but we also offer group theory classes to further reinforce these concepts that are truly essential to the music-making process.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 10% discount when booking lessons for the entire school year. We also offer $100 in lessons credit for every successfully referred student and discounted theory group lessons when booking them together with instrument/voice lessons.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start off by getting to know every student in order to create a tailored teaching method.

- D.M.A. in piano performance from the University of Florida (currently enrolled) - M.M. in piano performance from the University of Florida - Pedagogical and Andragogical Education — Consecutive Teacher Education Programme - M.A. in collaborative piano from the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Graz (Austria) - Diplom (Bachelor's and Master's equivalent) from the University of Cologne (Germany) - Over 15 years of teaching experience, including 2 years as Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Florida (2015–2017)
