- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is either on an hourly or project basis and depend on the scope/nature of the assignment. To give you an idea, rates generally range from $45/hour to $85/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
While the nature of my work is typically off-site, it is really important to have an initial, in-person kick off meeting. During the meeting we will discuss project scope, timeline, deliverables as well as any special requests or concerns you might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a bachelor of science in organizational and corporate communications and have 20 years of practical experience in the field. I stay current on industry trends and technology platforms while maintaining a "beginners mind" for new ways of communicating.
