I had a great experience from start to finish when purchasing a chair lift from Home Access Services for my mother - she had hip replacement surgery and can't get around very well. Home Access was willing to work around/accommodate my crazy work schedule throughout the process. In fact, the estimate was scheduled for the day after my call! The salesman/owner, Jim, was very knowledgeable about the products, what would work given the layout in my home, and was the lowest priced option of the three vendors that came out. He even mentioned the possibility of buying back the unit in a few years time if mom's mobility improved. Once I placed the order, turnaround time on getting the unit (installed) was very quick. The installer was very nice and efficient. I had a few questions post-installation, which Jim was able to help with. All in all, I could not be happier with the product and service I received from Home Access! Thank you!

Mr. Cullen was able to convince my inlaws to install a chair lift in their second home in MICHIGAN. The project was quick clean and looks beautiful. It was definelty worth the money......my in laws are ar their place almost every weekend because of this new convenience. Mr. Cullen has several other ideas to make their home more conducive to to the needs they now require. There are many options, the normal consumer is It aware of. Kudos to Jim
