Introduction: My firm brings over 50 years of combined experience in successfully representing injury clients in Illinois. You pay nothing out of pocket. We are committed to providing experienced, aggressive legal representation for our clients. Since 1999, I have focused my practice on representing injury victims in Chicago and throughout Illinois. Licensed in both state and federal courts, I have successfully prosecuted a wide array of cases, including medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, automobile accidents, slip and falls, product liability, food poisoning and worker's compensation. As an experienced trial attorney, I have brought over 100 cases to jury. Additionally, I have appeared and argued before the Illinois Appellate Court on behalf of my clients. I believe it is important to remain active in both the local and legal communities. I have authored a legal column for a local area newspaper. In 2015, I was honored to serve as a Sponsoring Member of the Little Village Chamber of Commerce. In 2016, I was asked to and became an instructor/judge teaching trial skills to new lawyers. In 2017, I was invited to speak on and recorded a videotaped discussion regarding gun control laws in Illinois. Everyone in my office, from the attorneys to the staff, fight everyday for our clients. We listen to our clients and understand the real impact that their injuries have on their lives. For me, there is no greater satisfaction than getting a client the compensation she deserves for her case.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your initial consultation is always free and you will always meet with an attorney. We do not charge you any attorney's fee on your injury case unless we recover for you. Specific to Thumbtack clients, we offer a discounted attorney fee for both injury and worker's compensation cases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the beginning, your case is always handled by an attorney. We are aware that some firms allow their assistants to conduct the initial interview. We believe that you need an attorney to properly answer your questions and address your concerns from the start. Once your file is opened, our goal is to resolve your case as efficiently and for the best result obtainable. If your case proceeds to trial, our attorneys bring decades of trial experience to your case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an attorney since 1999. During my years of practicing law, I have tried over 100 cases to jury verdict and have handled thousands of cases from car accidents to complex medical malpractice matters. I received my education in Chicago, graduating from Loyola University for both undergraduate and law school. Licensed and practicing in both state and federal court, I have extensive experience ranging from basic accidents to complex litigation.
