Don was very friendly, and helped me out with splitting the payments into 3. The only issue I had, was my driveway not being plowed before I went to work( I do work early, so given the distance, I was understanding at times.) We got hit pretty hard and it's probably due to him not being so close to me, I got stuck at the end of my driveway. A few times I'd have to call, which he said someone came ( and they didn't because I was off that day.) Not sure if it was a communication issue with his guys, or it was because he got slammed, but whenever Don would personally come by, the driveway would look great, and he did a great job. I wish him nothing but luck this year and winter 2017/2018.

With the first snowfall this year being a big event I'm sure every snow removal service company was stressed to the max. The communication was great then and continues to be great. Don has been there to clear the snow as promised. I'm quite happy with their service.
