Ronnie was very prompt and professional,very courteous and respectful. I was extremely happy with the price he quoted me for the amount of work I needed done. He started and completed the job in a timely manner as well as cleaning up. I would definitely use " Big problems small solutions " again for anything I need done. I highly recommend him to you.

Had a new gas water heater put in. Ronnie was great and his little helper was awesome! My only concern is that he contacted me thst evening about forgetting a piece of pipe for something on the heater. We agreed for the next day for him to come by. Its 6 days later and not a word from him. Other than this little issue, I would hire him again. He's neat and cleans up everything!

Excellent work. He came right out and replaced the railing on my porch and he came out the following week to do a small brick and mortar repair. I definitely recommend.

I "hired" him a few weeks before Christmas. I could only do evenings and the two nights we had scheduled - he wasn't off in time. We communicated up to the holidays and he said it was just to crazy and we'd do it after the holidays (fine because I wasn't in an immediate rush). Over three weeks later and I still haven't heard from him.
