I highly recommend Rich from R. Trout House to Home for any of your home remodeling projects. He was so easy to work with, very personable and polite. He also made suggestions on designing plans but was not over the top and made me feel as if it was my project and not his. Definitely happy with my decision to hire R. Trout House to Home.

We would recommend R.Trout House to Home for any project you have for your home. Rich built a deck on our new home and did a fantastic job. He helped us with the planning stages, and took it in stride when we made a few changes to our original plan. He is professional, timely, trustworthy, and very personable. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family.

Bob I had only given you a verbal quote at first sight of your project. When I sat down to make up the contract I realized I had left something out. I was giving installation half price, free demolition and no charge for an added ramp to be re-decked. I'm sorry you were unhappy and I would've done it for the original rate had you contacted me about this issue before leaving a negative review over a $60 discrepancie. I thought I was being a good person and giving a great price due to the fact you were a senior citizen, on a fixed income and the job would only take me a few days.
I guess trying to help someone doesn't always give the gratification as expected.
