- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Websites start as low as $600-$1000. This price varies on the content you want/need, pages, forms, the type of website, etc. Each element affects the price. If you need a new logo, or revamp your old one to go with the new website design, its generally $100 flat rate, however the more time spent on it and revisions to do, may alter the cost slightly. E-commerce websites I will only create in *WooCommerce. These are the best option and easiest for you or I to maintain, add products, and work with. *E-commerce websites start at $5000 depending on the amount of products/content/ work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Phone Call 2. )Come up with a written estimate. 3. )Meet with new customer to review estimate, confirm estimate, Collect 20% down, and start the work after collecting any images, wording, or files I may need. 4.) Design a few ideas and email them in, once the ideas are confirmed, continue to complete the job. 5.) Once I feel like its getting close, i will show the client the work at 90%. Then they can tell me adjustments to make. 6.) once everything is 100% completed, and the customer is satisfied, I then receive the remaining payment, and write up a finalized invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Website design self taught since I was 15 years old. I went to Cincinnati State Technical and Community College for 2 years to further my education in Web Design and Developement, and Computer Graphics / Audio Video. I then went on to obtain my associates degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes of Ohio - Cincinnati. I feel that better imagery and design skills make for better websites that stand out. A Distinctive website will set yourself apart from what your competitors have as websites. or graphics.
