Todd and his guys were great to work with and definitely knew what they were doing on the recommendations, prep and install. They were on time and completed when they said they would. It was a 2 day job and they kept everything clean along the way. Todd recommended the perfect equipment and setup for our needs.
My only criticism (and it's not significant enough to knock them down to 4 stars) is that the guy that came out to do the final activation on the A/C wasn't able to give us a quick tutorial on the thermostat. Not a big deal -- we've got the instruction book and can figure it out.

Can't say enough about River View heating and cooling. Very pleasant to work with. Had my furnace, water heater and new air conditioner in place in less than 2 days. Special thanks to Todd for being courteous, and taking the time to answer all my questions. He went above and beyond. Very trustworthy. Like family, AND the price was right. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this company!

I can't thank them enough! They were able to come out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Installed a new system the next day. I would recommend River View, excellent customer service.

World class experience, people who actually seemed to care and want to make a difference. Showed up when they said they were going to. From service tech to sales, great helpful attitude. Owner even come out to inspect the job once complete to make sure we were taken care of ... 6 stars
