I have used I Bl as a general contractor for 3 years now for work on residential and commercial jobs of various sizes. They have done complete remodels to convert four of my apartments into Airbnb units, as well as helped me to fix up several houses I have sold. I also own some commercial property and they have helped me with a variety repairs and I have referred them to tenants and friends, always with great results. I have used many different contractors in the past and no one I have worked with can compare to IBI Construction. They are knowledgeable and skilled and as a result can see problems with underlying conditions before they become worse and if this happens in the middle of a job they clearly explain the situation to me and tell me what my options are. When we set up a job and decide on the scope they get right to it as soon as possible and don't tell me they are booked out for 6 months. One of the things that sets them apart from other contractors I have used is they always make sure to have all materials and subcontractors ready to go before they start, this makes my job so much easier as I can actually make plans and schedules and not have to worry about long delays. After work begins they are great about keeping me informed about how the project is going and any modifications to the scope are clearly defined and the schedule is kept up to date. Most important of all, I have learned that I can count on IBC to give me straight answers to my questions and not try to take advantage or overcharge me. I have never had a problem with the quality of work and they always meet or exceed my expectations, for all these reasons I trust IBI Construction and I recommend them highly. If you are looking to have a low stress experience on a construction project, residential or commercial these are the folks for you.

They were in touch with me from start to finish they did a really great job , they were working in extreme heat and were very friendly and pleasant to have here. They didn't leave me hanging; they made sure the bathroom fixtures were working the first day of the re-do so I wasn't without them. We remodeled a recently purchased 1970's home. We raised the living room floor, removed a raised floor in the master bedroom, replaced all the floors with hardwood, moved the washer and dryer to a different location, installed recessed lighting, changed all of the interior doors, changed an interior cedar wall to an amazing feature wall and painted the interior. We used IBI as the contractor for our remodeling. The quality of work was excellent. The work was completed on budget except for change orders that we made during construction. When changes were needed we received bids, negotiated the work to be completed and electronically accepted the changes before any work was done. The workers on our project were excellent and professional. They continually asked us questions to be sure the work was done to meet our needs. They gave us advice and helped us make the right decisions. They were pleasant and made the experience fun. We weren't living in the house when the project was done, but we never felt uncomfortable about leaving knowing that the workers were going to do the right thing. We learned to be patient as there were delays. Sub-contractors were not always available, IBI had other clients that had deadlines that needed to be met; however, we had regular communications on reasons for delays and when they anticipated completion of tasks in the project. We have recommended IBI to friends and IBI would be our first contact if we need a contractor.

I do apologize for this. The moment we heard that our person was not there we contact him immediately. There was some miscommunication on our part and for that I do apologize. We tried to reset the appointment so we could show up and make it right but you didn't want to. I do understand you being upset that we were not there but we immediately went to work to get this resolved.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to provide an accurate estimate, we need to know exactly what it is we are quoting. We would be happy to set an appointment with you to see just what it is that you want us to work on.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to meet with the customer and do a walk through of the project so that everyone involved is knowledgeable . Then we will work up a detailed estimate. If the estimate is accepted, we will begin scheduling the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IBI employs a number of dedicated and well-educated construction experts. With over 100 years of combined knowledge, IBI’s team consists of Engineers, Architects, and Contractors that know this business like the back of their hand. We believe in this business and believe the client always comes first.
