Heather and Stage to Sell were our LIFESAVERS!!! This is going to be a long review, and if you don't have time to read it, then just trust me when I say...HIRE THEM! From start to finish, Heather was so professional and offered us an amazing rate. Not only did she inspect the property to really evaluate which pieces would work best in our space, but they even painted some old yucky cabinets for us to help improve the way the property showed. She truly cared about us selling our home. We were in a situation where we thought we would be losing about 10k on our property. Properties without updates like ours were going for about $145k to $150k. We really needed to get $160k to break even on our sell. We live out of state in CA and our property had been handled by a property management company. The property managers were going to clean and get the property ready for Heather and her team. Let's just say, the property mgt company did not hold up to their end of the bargain. When Stage to Sell went to our property, they were so gracious enough to send us pics of our home (after cleaning) so that we knew the current state of it. EW! It was disgusting. We advised our property mgt company and they refunded us our money. Heather worked with a cleaning company who came out for the same price and deep cleaned our place. I mean it was SPARKLING! Our realtor and the others from Mark Z commented on how clean and great smelling it was. They were all so impressed with Stage to Sell staging and cleaning. Stage to Sell works with a cleaning vendor as well as renovation contractors to give their customers options if needed. We did not do a single renovation to this outdated property. We had them clean it and Heather stage it. Within 24 hrs of the property listing we were the #1 listing in the West Bloomfield area. Within 48 hrs we had multiple offers. Our list price was $153k ($7k loss for us) and our selling price $160k (no loss for us!!!). This was a dream outcome and we could not have done this without Heather. No way! As an out of state seller, we would trust Stage to Sell over and over again. Hope this review gives you the peace of mind, that staging with Stage to Sell is so worth it.
