Introduction: We offer American Heart Association’s CPR, AED, First Aid, OSHA Universal Precautions/ Bloodborne Pathogen training and certifications. We are a highly trained and professional group with over 12 years of medical experience. Life saving skills are important and so teaching as many people as we can is important for the community. We are reliable with our experience and knowledge. We are timely in that we provide you the skills and knowledge in an appropriate amount of time. However, we provide training in the shortest amount of time without sacrificing quality while making it affordable to the general public. We enjoy the fact that we provide our services at an affordable price and in accommodating our clients with any issues that they encounter. Although we mainly provide our services on dedicated Saturdays, we can provide these training during other days of the week if needed at our location. We can also travel to our clients if they cannot travel to our location but this is limited to groups of 6 or more.

The class was great. The instructor was well informed. Keith did a fantastic job. I have a son with asperger was able to complete the course. a little more hands on task would have made things a little easier for him. Either way, he did great with the IED and with the CPR course. Thanks!

I completed the class on 8/26/17. The instructor's was great and informative. He was able to answer our questions regarding CPR and he was very professional. I also liked that he used anatomical terms. The price was affordable. My biggest piece of advice to, anyone considering Garcia SHAE, would be to clarify directions; I'm not from Clarksville, and I had trouble finding it. Great class! I drove over an hour to get there, and I don't regret it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our prices are fixed unless you have an emergency and you need our services 'today'. If that is so, we charge $10 over our fixed price. We are renting our classroom and we are charged extra if we use our classroom outside our regular hours. This applies as well if we have to travel to your site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to accommodate the needs of our customers. We can be contacted by phone or email. If not immediately, we try our best to respond to our clients within 2- 3 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are registered nurses (BSN), Nurse Practitioners (Doctorate) and certified in AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS and EMS/ Trauma Care
