Introduction: I absolutely love what I do, so I don't consider it a job. The best part is to see the clients face when they see the unique one of a kind space I have designed just for them. Then I am overwhelmed with satisfaction of a job well done. The word ENJOY is an understatement, for me to be in my natural element I can put in 14 to 16 hours a day and it's still not enough enjoyment for me.

1.) Had an appointment on a Monday. (We had a snow storm so I understand canceling) however no one called me until my appt time to cancel which was at 4:30. Should have been a lot sooner as I arranged my day around that appt for my 3 children. Other contractors called me that day early on knowing they could not make it. 2.) made another appointment due to the snow. Not a big deal they were super quick to accomadate a new appointment. Which was that same week on Wednesday at 10:00am. Well 10:00am came and went... no call no show! So I called his assistant. No answer... I texted her and she called back saying they do emergency jobs and he was running behind. He would call me when he was on his way.... (it's life that happens, a phone call would have been nice.. but ok) Than I get a text asking me to send pictures of the space. So I didn't have to sit and wait. No problem I sent them.... she confirmed she received them and would get back to me... Never heard back! 3.) in my thumbtack ad I stressed this was a time sensitive project and needed it done in a week.. or at least functional. I was assured no problem at all. Here I am Saturday... project was to be completed by Sunday and I still have not heard back from this company....

I hired Glenn to do a variety of home projects, including construction repairs, electrical work, bathroom tiling, and insulation, and was very pleased. I have had my share of contractor/repairmen drama so was skeptical/hesitant to trust that yet another one would show up, much less deliver. I'm glad I called Glenn. He is extremely proficient, quite knowledgeable and very professional. I appreciated the time he took to REALLY listen to my issues/concerns and explain the source(s) of each issue and how he intended to fix/address them. He troubleshooted when necessary and completed all the projects to my satisfaction, including cleaning up EVERYDAY, even if he was returning the next day (this is important to me). The time and care he took on all my projects (small and large) are testaments to the quality and integrity of his work. He CARES about doing the job right and doing it well -- and it shows! I would gladly recommend Glenn and feel confident that he would do an outstanding job. Thanks again, Glenn!! :-))) J

Glenn was very professional and did a fantastic job in repairing water seepage damage caused by my shower stall. The whole stall had to be taken apart and reassembled while requiring some creativity and ingenuity on his part since it was an old unit. He went above and beyond expectations in ensuring the stall was reassembled with full functionality like new. I'd trust Glenn on doing a great job on any of my household renovation projects. He pays attention to the smallest detail.

Yes I do have a standard pricing system, I use a national average and then give 10% discount right off the bat.
