- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are listed on my website Cakes are based off of size, flavor and how it is decorated along with any extras like fondant or gumpaste
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually send a message through Facebook or email me directly. If it is a cake requested, we ask how many servings needed, what flavor(s) are they interested in, and how do they want it decorated. Cupcakes quantity and flavor(s), other pastries customers are usually specific and know what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates in Culinary Arts/Hospitality from North Seattle Community College and an Associates in Pastry/Specialty Baking from South Seattle Community College. 7 years in the US Navy as a cook. Due to my military service and having a military spouse, I have worked in many food service establishments throughout the US and overseas.
