Introduction: We are a home based bakery business, with custom, quality pastries. Approximately 90% of what we make is from scratch. If we don't know how to make it, we will figure it out! Even though Bourbon N' Sweets is a new and growing business, the owner has more than 20 years of experience, using only quality ingredients and locally grown products when we can. One on one customer service. We speak with you personally or via email, making sure you get exactly what you'd like. If you're not sure, we'd love to give assistance and let you know what's popular and suggest flavors you may not have thought of. Bourbon N' Sweets is ServSafe Certified and has been inspected and approved by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture to bake and sell products out of the home.

Felicia is not only a phenomenal pastry chef but she is so easy to work with. Everytime I have contacted her she makes the selection process and planning a snap. Last but not least EVERY bite is absolutely delicious!!!!

Felicia provided us with pastries at The Coffee Bar at Wine on Main. They were always fresh and delicious. Reasonably priced as well

What service was provide? All of them. I may be bias though since I'm Felicia's husband. Bias or not, I'm very well informed. More than anything, I'm lucky. Everything she makes is amazing. I assure you that anything ordered from Bourbon N Sweets will be incredible. Not only does she have it in her soul but she has been trained by incredible chefs and she remembers everything she learns. She understands food and how to apply her knowledge to what her heart wants to make. Simply put, she is amazing and I'm incredibly proud of her. If you order form Bourbon N Sweets you will know what I'm talking about.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are listed on my website Cakes are based off of size, flavor and how it is decorated along with any extras like fondant or gumpaste
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers usually send a message through Facebook or email me directly. If it is a cake requested, we ask how many servings needed, what flavor(s) are they interested in, and how do they want it decorated. Cupcakes quantity and flavor(s), other pastries customers are usually specific and know what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates in Culinary Arts/Hospitality from North Seattle Community College and an Associates in Pastry/Specialty Baking from South Seattle Community College. 7 years in the US Navy as a cook. Due to my military service and having a military spouse, I have worked in many food service establishments throughout the US and overseas.
