- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
85% of all Negative Feedback and Complaints on the Better Business Bureau are from contractors who won the bid because they were the lowest bidder. The top three things to consider is "the bottom line", getting an "apples to apples" bid, and clear & consistent communication. Living thru a remodel is stressful. We do our best to make it as painless as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial design review meeting (in person or over the phone), an onsite visit to get final measurements and then advising the client with the best options to help them value engineer their project in order to keep it on budget and on schedule.
