- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not believe in hourly billing at Pegasus Tax & Bookkeeping. Our prices are fair and reasonable; the quoted price is the price you will pay, No need to worry if that 10 min phone call or continual email corresponding will increase your bill. You will pay one set price and one price only. No bait and switch!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Almost all of our correspondence takes place through emails or phone calls. However we like to sit with a client and find out what it is that they are looking for. We evaluate where you and/or your business have been in order to help plan for the future. It is important to understand their needs before begining a project, because every client situation is unique. We can work completely remote and online or you can visit our office. Our client's information is securely stored in the cloud to which they have access. We have the flexibility to work around our client's schedules.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We service a wide variety of customers, most of whom are business owners with retail stores or work from home, also individuals and small to medium sized businesses. We handle their payroll, accounting, bookkeeping and taxes.
