I had spoken to someone about scheduling a consultation for Sunday. We agreed on that day. When Sunday came, I received no call, no text, no confirmation. I left messages, sent messages on thumbtack. Received nothing back. My project was under time restrictions now I have to find someone else, someone reliable.

Unfortunately this guy would not return our phone calls to ptovide a adderesse and was not very clear about what he wanted to do. We sincerely hope he was able to complete his project.

We here at One-Stop do our best to be fair in our pricing. We use the word "fair" because we believe it should be fair for both parties. We will occasionally run discounts certain times of the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try get a good feel for what the customer is looking for and make sure we can provide the customer the best experience possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner's of One-Stop have over 20 years combined painting experience. One of our owner's is a license social work which is very beneficial with communication and customer relations.
