- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We here at One-Stop do our best to be fair in our pricing. We use the word "fair" because we believe it should be fair for both parties. We will occasionally run discounts certain times of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try get a good feel for what the customer is looking for and make sure we can provide the customer the best experience possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner's of One-Stop have over 20 years combined painting experience. One of our owner's is a license social work which is very beneficial with communication and customer relations.
