FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing here at Revelation Windows is done by the united inches of the window that is the width and the height added together which will give you your overall total. Then we can give an accurate cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is i will set up a time that is good for my customers for us to come out and take measurements of each window that the customer wants to replace then we will show the customer our window and demonstrate how it works and we will explain our installation process so that the customer has a good understanding of what to expect with there window project. After that if the customer doesn't have any more questions we will leave and double check our measurements with our manufacturers to get an accurate price then we will call the customer with the bid. One thing I will not do is pressure my customers in any way. There will not be the old sign here today or the price changes its just straight forward business the best kind that there is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the window business since i was 18 teen years old and I'm currently 35 years old. i have been thru the top window manufacturers AMI installation program and also i became a master installer through Home Depot master installer program installing various top named windows brands like: Simonton, Pella. Marvin, Gentek, Anderson, Etc... I also have experience in: Vinyl windows, Fibrex windows, Wood windows, Composite windows. But by far the best education or experience I have gotten through the years is just the hands on every day grind. I have worked on houses from the late 1880's ,1960, 1950 1970,and so on all the way to new construction so I have seen a lot and worked through a lot of different window scenarios.
