- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try our best to price match our competitors. Our prices are straight forward. We do not charge to diagnose. We also have a No Fix- No Fee policy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently have 2 Apple Certified iOS Technicians on site.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whoever services your device has a warranty and is able to honor it in the event it is necessary. Also it is important to know if they are insured. It is always better to conduct business with a brick and motor company.
