Even if we are unsuccessful in repairing a device, we have a No Fix - No Fee policy, so I’m confused as to why you feel this way. I was just looking around on Google for a local cell phone repair shop that could do a battery replacement on a Samsung galaxy S7 edge (sealed). I bumped into Cell Phone Fix-ER and was impressed how many glowing reviews there were. Decided to give them a try. Not only did Kevin have the battery in stock, but quoted me about an hour & had it done in about half that time! Highly recommended!

We try our best to price match our competitors. Our prices are straight forward. We do not charge to diagnose. We also have a No Fix- No Fee policy.

We currently have 2 Apple Certified iOS Technicians on site.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure whoever services your device has a warranty and is able to honor it in the event it is necessary. Also it is important to know if they are insured. It is always better to conduct business with a brick and motor company.
