- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are for the entire day not just the hour. The only extra fee is if the party is more then 20 miles away from Clifton Park. Then there will be an additional charge of $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we schedule a time and place we will follow up the week of the party to confirm everything. On the day of the party we will show up in the morning and set everything up. After the set up is complete we will go over the paperwork and then once we know you are happy we leave. We come back that night to take everything down and collect payment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all ages and types. There is no one that doesn't enjoy the feeling of bouncing around in one of our inflatable fun houses.
