What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will respond to customers through phone, email or text. We would then gather information and set an appointment to look at tasks. We will then outline a plan of attack as well as a mutual agreed upon price and follow through with the work as outlined through written or verbal agreement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in general contracting, home building, repair and maintenance for 30 years. I have also been to technical school for heating and air conditioning and have worked for several HVAC contractors. Worked for more than 15 years in maintenance and home remodeling with a "do it right" attitude.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Went to HVAC technical training at I.T.T. in Indianapolis Indiana right out of high school and have been learning and mastering home and maintenance skills ever since.
