I had a horrible experience with Rose Cleaners. I’ve always believed a house cleaning included the bathroom and kitchen. Apparently Rose Cleaners does not think this is so. I paid extra to have the fridge cleaned and that’s pretty much the only thing that was done, but not to satisfaction. There were smear marks on the outside of the fridge. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, kitchen wasn’t cleaned, tables weren’t cleaned, the list goes on. I was going sauced a full refund because the service was terrible. If you use this service I would advise you ask EXACTLY what will be cleaned and is included with your payment.
