Owner Brent Neff has been in the HVAC industry for around 15 years with 5 years as a service tech and 10 years as an installer. He has also been a father and husband for almost 20! Doing household projects and remodeling for the family. So he also has experience as the everyday handyman! We also have staff specializing in other services. We have a plumber/carpenter with over 30 years experience, and a handyman who can do just about anything! With our service you will be garunteed speed, efficiency, and a professionally finished job. We love leaving customers with the peace of mind that their house is a clean and comfortable place for them and the family

Great communication throughout! (Even with it being on a Sunday evening!) Brent came today to change out connections for my gas stove in my new house. He demonstrated complete competence in the job, which inspired me to inquire about other things like venting the stove and my HVAC. He spent the time explaining things, I look forward to using him for future projects. All this and he's very reasonably priced. We're lucky to have this guy as a local!!

I was really happy with Neff Services! I had an AC emergency (a major leak). They came out the same day and did great work for us. The service call fee was the best offer I received, and it was deducted from the price of work so it was a really reasonable price for the work. They didn't try to sell me on 20 other things, either. I will definitely be calling Neff the next time we have an HVAC problem.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard $60 hourly rate. This does not include materials. We charge $50 for services under one hour. We also give free estimates!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years HVAC experience and EPA certification. 30+ years experience in plumbing and carpentry.
