The flap for my bathroom fan was not closing, so cold air was coming in. Matt was able to fix it right away. He was very professional and efficient. I will not hesitate to call him in the future.

Was misled by his drywall rough and finish abilities. Every one of his corners, seams, butt joints were off. His framing for my soffits were terrible as well; wavy, angled, uneven, etc. Had to hire another contractor to fix all of his mistakes. I can't comment on his other handyman skills, but I would not advise Matt for drywall or rough framing work.

Matt was incredibly flexible and fast in scheduling a walkthrough and had the work done on the timeframe we agreed upon. His costs were fair and generous and the work was top notch. He installed 2 exhaust fans and ran duct work through both of our bathrooms and out the side of the house. I would definitely hire him again.
