I was referred to Buckley air by my in laws. My family and I were out of town when my neighbors called me and told me that my condensing A/C unit sounded like a semi trucks screeching brakes coming to a stop in my backyard. When my family and I got back home we had no A/C. We called up Buckley and spoke to Michelle Buckley who setup my appointment that day and was increasingly pleasing to speak with. Early that afternoon, the owner Darrin Buckley and his son not only fixed the problem as swiftly as they arrived but also took me outside and showed me and explained to me what had happened and why. I found that to be "the extra mile" on their part. That's something that contractors typically just don't do in my experience. Not that I understood any more than half of it LOL but evidently my "condenser motor bound up causing my compressor to overheat and go into bypass mode" whatever that means haha sounds bad but they said that explained the screeching semi truck brakes noise that my neighbor had described to me. Anyway not that I meant to make this so long but I can proudly say that the Buckleys will be my 'go to' A/C masters for the rest of either my life or their companies, and with service like I recieved I'm certain that will be quite a long time. Very happy review from a now lifetime customer and local quality family business supporter. Thanks Buckleys! :D
