Hoskins handyman service painted and replaced some lights in my bathroom. He was very nice and professional. He was on time and quick. Hes price was beyond great and responable.

Hoskins Handyman Services did a great job putting an addition on our deck. Thad was very helpful in guiding us and helping me and my husband chose a great product. Him and his helper were very friendly and professional. The deck is great and looks fantastic. We would definitely use them again.

hanging pictures/mirrors, Thad came over to assess job and did not meet 2 scheduled times to do work and did not contact me until I initiated communication asking what happened. Disappointed that he did not follow through.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually the price depends on the job, I'll work with people to try and help them out. I like to work so I'm very flexible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer, look over the project and take measurements if needed. Talk to the customer about the scope of the project and timetable to get things done. Get them a price quickly so they can make a decision
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several certifications for tile, hardie backer installation. I'm Osha certified for safety and was a journeyman I'm in the Carpenters union. Plus 15years of General contracting experience.
