- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are subject to change if the scope of work varies from the original quote. Any changes will be discussed before the work continues. Drafts or proofs will be provided with appropriate watermarks and/or lower quality images, final product will be delivered via dropbox once payment is received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to recent changes with Thumbtack, Once you view my quote and chose to contact me, Thumbtack charges a fee, I'm hopeful you are contacting me because you have reviewed my portfolio and reaching out to discuss the assignment. Once contacted, your request will begin right away Proofs will be provided. Once approved, an invoice will be sent via PayPal. The final product will be released via a Dropbox link once the invoice is paid in full. If your company requires NET terms, please make sure you disclose this beforehand.
