Jeremey is very professional and engaging. I always appreciate his sense of loyalty and purpose. He’s calm and collected when dealing with conflicting situations around him. He’s kind and courteous to all around him and makes every effort to be fair to others. I love knowing, and working with Jeremy and highly recommend him to others.

I started working with Jeremy, June 2016. My son was getting married that November, and I hoped to loose 10 pounds. Jeremy guided my diet (setting total calories, protein, fat and CARBS). We also had a weekly training session. Well, in this time frame, I lost 20 pounds and 17 inches!!! I have kept the weight off for an entire year. My continued work with Jeremy has resulted in increased strength and toning. Not bad for a 60+ year old woman.
I highly recommend Jeremy as your trainer.
