- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies and is dependent on the issue or project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our service process is pretty straight forward. First, we discuss the issue and set a price for the services to be rendered. Second, a contract is sent out and signed by the client. When the contract has been signed and returned to us. We begin working on your issue or project. Payment is due within 24 hour of the service request being closed or at the time of completion. Labor is non-refundable. Projects are paid in milestones with an initial deposit to begin the process. Any hardware order must be paid for at the time of the order.
