- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do custom programs and give special discounts to varies types of careers and life circumstances. our prices range from $53- $120 per hour depending on the custom program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with new clients is the Personal Lifestyle Consultation. During the "PLC" I get to know my new client on a very personal level so that I can do the best professional job. When it comes to fitness there are many factors and variables that determine whether not the client will lose weight, inches, and body fat. It's my job to ask those important, personal, and confidential questions in order to fully understand my client's needs. Some of the questions we go through are about family, recreation, occupation, medical history, sports history, activity, and nutritional habits. These categories contain essential information that any Health and Wellness professional should want to know about in order to maximize results. During the PLC not only do I get to know my client alot better, but they get to know me. After the conclusion of the PLC I will then be able to fully gage where I believe the client should start in their program. Since I offer many types of services the chances of the client's needs being met are much higher. Many of the services that I do offer are unique and not widely used by other professionals in the industry. Grocery Store Tours and Refrigerator Raids, Nutritional Cooking Lessons, Life Coaching, and Time Management Sessions are just some to name a few. I realize that all people are unique and don't fit the mold, so why should their program be just the same as everyone elses. I don't bandaid the problem. I cure it with real life solutions by providing as many unique type of services as possible in order to help all my individual clients reach their Goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my education in the field of health and wellness has come from my passion and zeal of personal research, My past experience in athletics, and Certifications. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Life Coach, Sports Nutritionist, and Junior Martial Arts instructor. I was formerly a Division 1 Track athlete at Temple University and a All Conference Highschool Football player. I was a High School State Champion in Track. Before starting my company I worked with Herbalife. And became World Team member helping over 50 people change their life solely through their nutrition and diet. I founded my own University and training program for lifestyle coaches and now issue certifications for Fitness Training, Nutritional Coaching, and Life Coaching. I created and hold a LVL 10 Lifestyle & Fitness University Doctorate Degree in Lifestyle Coaching.
