Richard and his son are an excellent team. They came to my house to reinforce my gutters and to reattach my gutters. We had a major wind storm yesterday that left me with loose and detached gutters. As soon as they arrived to my house, they worked diligently and didn't take any breaks for the whole 4.5 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and the finished product was superb. I will rehire them in a heartbeat. I am so happy that he is my new handyman. I would recommend him to anybody. He is both professional and affordable. His main concern is pleasing his clients. Thank you Thumbtack for referring him to me and a BIG THANKS to Richard and his son for being an awesome and amazing team!!Feb 26, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For the most basic projects, yes, we do have standard pricing. Which is always 10 to 30 percent less than our competition. Our philosophy is simple, we strive to offer good quality and great value. A Lot of our work is based on Square footage. If your not sure how many square feet your home is. You can go to"Zillo" and type in your address. It will give you the exact amount of how many square feet your home has.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Communication is by far the most part of the process. Understanding the customers needs, concerns and goals is critical to a successfully completed project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?In 1992, I purchased my first home (which was a duplex). With kids on the way and money tight, I had to do all the maintenance and repairs myself. A couple of years later, the landlord next door asked me if I could take care of his property too. From that point on, it just kept growing and growing and growing.
