I have Comcast business select and I wanted 3 IP cameras installed. I tried to do it on my own because the packages said plugnplay. I found Computer Share llc and had them come over. 2 things. First they had to call and argue with Comcast for 45 minutes for them to push a button on their end. Second thing, Corey and Monica were able to set up my cameras and also install an app on my phone for remote viewing. Great job! They made it look so easy. They even showed me how to set up optional motion detection recording times for when I would be at work. Thanks!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 Computer Diagnosis and $50 Network Diagnosis. After diagnosis, we will quote how many hours we will charge. If we tell you 2 hours and it takes us 5 hours, we only charge the 2 hours. Our hourly rate is $65/hr for computer repair. And for network repair we charge $85/hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll ask a series of questions regarding their needs. What is important to them, as well as, what do they use their computer for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previously owned two computer repair stores in Washington state and Bayfield, CO. We've been in the field for over 22 years. In Washington we installed a network camera system for a chain of Wendy's.
