FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New to circa studio 8 K B & I we have recently introduced design packages to aid clients in evaluating approximately how much help they would like on their project. Typically I work by the hour for residential projects, with an outline of your needs to clarify. With Commercial spaces and Kitchen and/or Bath, there is a set fee, unless there is something uniquely different about the space. We work with vendors to be sure you receive quality products at the best price points. We pass on as much savings to our clients as we possibly can, and often save them money over on line vendors!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Touching base on the phone to get an idea of a clients objectives seems to work great, that way we can share some information, and get to know each other a bit. This seems to put the client more at ease. We can then agree to meet should the client like, and start the process as to how, when, and conceptually how the space will work well (functionally), and complement their existing spaces around the project (if applicable) and realize the vision that the client has in mind (or we agree upon). I then prepare a presentation for them that is relevant to their needs and desires. When all elements are completely agreed upon by the client, we can then proceed with purchasing, installation, or list production of the goods that the space entails for their own purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
