Mr. Floors was 2 1/4 hours late for appointment. One of the workers was very, very sick ... coughing and sneezing constantly. Immediately upon arriving, Mario asked for more money because there was some furniture in a few of the rooms where the carpet needed to be stretched. I told him that the form that I filled out on Thumbtack did not ask about furniture. I gave them the requested extra $50 (extra 40% over bid). After they left we noticed that they did not move any of the furniture back to original position. My husband and I had to move the furniture back. While they worked hard to remove the stretch marks, the next day, some of the stretches came back and in certain spots on the edges the carpeting is actually coming up.
