What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am based out of Columbia and I travel to you for your convenience so you may be 100% comfortable, so there are travel fees included in sent quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wedding events; for the bride a trial is required so when the big day arrives makeup will be worry free. For bridesmaids a trial is not required, as our artist preps the bridesmaids they discuss a detailed consultation and our artist will achieve the desired look. Other events; a trial will be at the discretion of the artist. If no trial, a detailed consultation is performed during the appointment time.
