- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job or project is just as unique as our clients are. We treat each request as an individual and the best way to give the best price is to talk to someone and make sure we understand what they need help with, what their goals are, and how we can best serve. So we approach pricing our jobs in that way, on an individual basis so we can give it our very best both in pricing and craftsmanship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Nail Roofing & Home Repair we want to make your experience a pleasant one. We're quite flexible and often speak to our clients on the phone, via text or through Thumbtack. After our initial conversation and discussion about a project, we like to meet our customers on site to be able to give them an accurate assessment and quote of the work they need performed and proceed from there. It's always a pleasure to meet new customers and get to know them and to help fill their project needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Nail Roofing & Home Repair high quality work and craftsmanship are our standard. We've been in the business of meeting our clients needs for years. I remember working with my Papa when I was a little boy swinging a hammer and fixing the house, or helping out a neighbor. Some things can be learned at a school, but taking care of people takes a lifetime of learning. We like to make our customers feel like that, like a neighbor. We're here to help and to fix whatever is needed.
