- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a thorough competition analysis of our client's local market. This helps us understand what other businesses in the area are doing to generate customers. Next, we provide the potential client a full report on their existing online presence and their competitor's online presence. Even if we don't end up working together, the potential client gets to learn why their competitors are successful. All clients receive access to a rank tracking dashboard and a custom analytics tool. Our process is completely transparent and we provide complete monthly reports show all completed tasks. We never leave our clients in the dark!
