- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I mentor individuals on a monthly basis, and do not keep strict hours. The first week I provide free of charge. For younger students that need structure, I accommodate on a case by case basis. I expect anyone I mentor to be interested and self organizing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand how their brain works. Then I fine tune it to accomplish their technology objectives so that they can "hack" in the area they're interested in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PhD, MS and over ten years of industry experience working at some of the largest software companies in the world, as well as having started my own company consulting in the US and Europe, training engineers from all walks of life.
