The ability to help me to get to the very root of my emotional and physical challenges is what I love about Empowered Health! Deb is very knowledgeable and able to answer or quickly find the answers to each of my questions. She has helped support me through my diagnosis and treatment of B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. (I am in complete remission!) She had also helped me find my way through the intense emotional upset of being abandonded by my husband while receiving my chemo and then losing my father when he passed in the middle of it all. Her loving energy (reiki with Deb is truly healing), intelligence, and patience has helped me come back to my inner peace and happiness no matter how many times I have fallen. Her life coaching skills are wonderful. She truly cares!

I did a long distance Reiki Session with Deb. It was an amazing experience and she had so much insight to what was bothering me and how to work on making myself better. I had so much stress going on in my life and after the session I felt more calm and at peace. I look forward to an in person session to continue my journey to a healthy mind, body and spirit!

My goal is to make my services affordable and accessible to those who truly want and need them. I offer monthly payment plans of up to 2 years, interest free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a free initial consultation (AKA: Discovery Session) we will identify your goals and what you’ve always imagined for your life, figure out what you truly want to accomplish long-term for yourself and maybe even your family, understand how you may be getting in your own way of reaching these goals, and learn how my support can help you to permanently reach your goals. I work to meet the client where they are, related to their individual readiness, preferences, goals, and comfort level, at any given moment. The client is always in the driver's seat.
