FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing that we love about our work is that each and every project and client is unique! This means that our pricing is naturally tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Less complex projects and work where the client has a familiarity with construction typically warrant less of our time, while larger, more complex or "designer" projects require more of our time. Our fees are fair to reflect our time invested, and, therefore, vary accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start the process with a visit to your home, building or project site. We view this initial contact to be an interview for both parties, and is about information gathering - getting to know your wants and needs for your project, taking a look at your home to gain some familiarity with it's construction, and talking about things such as schedule and budget. Once we have a better understanding about what you are looking to construct, we can provide you with a proposal for our work which is specific to your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
