Jules is without a doubt the best personal trainer my son (age 21) and I (age 54) ever had! It was our privilege to train with her for about 18 months. She has extensive knowledge as to nutrition, exercise physiology, kinesiology and an array of fitness modalities. Even though my son and I were at different fitness levels, she was able to draw upon her education and practical experience to fashion our workouts in a manner that both met our individual needs and allowed us to exercise together. We made more progress improving our overall fitness levels after a few months with Jules than we had in years of training with other trainers. She was always positive and enthusiastic, though not afraid to push us (sometimes hard!) when we needed it. We also always appreciated her professionalism, she was always prompt, kept excellent records of our training sessions and was very responsive whenever we had a question. Jules was my first personal trainer and the reason I started working with a trainer to begin with. It's been one of the best changes in my life - I could not stay consistent with working out and never knew if I was "doing it right." Being a perfectionist this was tough for me! Working with Jules was a perfect solution. She is an excellent coach on form and made sure I was doing everything correctly, and doing the best workout for my goals. When I started with her I was relatively thin but had no real muscle definition - after we trained for only one month I already saw and felt a difference. We worked together for 4 months (she moved away :( ), and by the end I'd lost 15 lbs, had way more definition and actually felt stronger. I've never been happier with my body or felt healthier. Ever since day one Jules was a pleasure to work with - training with her actually made working out fun! Our hour always flew by and I always got a great work out. I would definitely recommend Jules to anyone looking for a fantastic personal trainer.
