Rachel was my Coach/Trainer at my local gym. She is dedicated and passionate about what she does! She was attentive to my personal goals, was a great educator in showing me the right way to do effective workouts and has amazing communication skills. She lives and breathes this career as a lifestyle, I would definitely work with her again.

Rachel is an excellent trainer to work with. She constantly pushes you (in a good way) and motivates you to do just a little more to reach your goals. You can tell that she is super knowledgeable and passionate about her work- whether it's correcting your form during an exercise, giving you relevant stretches to try for sore muscles or pain, or knowing what exercise to do to target your goal areas- she knows her stuff! Would highly recommend!

Rachel is simply the best. I had very little knowledge of proper exercise form before meeting Rachel and she taught me a great deal during our time together, all while being patient, encouraging and incredibly warm and genuine. I feel stronger and more motivated than ever. She is a fantastic trainer and is all around delightful to have in your life.

Rachel is an amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable about building muscle/strength in a safe and sustainable way. She also is great a personalizing your work to meet your personalized workout goals. If you want to get in great shape, work out with Rachel!!
