FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a regulated, for-hire mover, so all of our rates are published. For long-distance moves we use the 400N Tariff and long-distance moves are priced either by weight, with rate caps, or flat rate. Our local and regional rates(ME, NH, VT MA) are priced on an hourly basis. Travel time is always flat rated per Google maps, so we just track the loading and unloading time. We do provide rate caps for all moves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Moving is a process, and every move is different. In order to provide you with exceptional service we like to do the following whenever possible. 1) Set up a day and time convenient for you to perform a free site-survey. This will help us gain a better understanding of your needs, and allow us to provide you with guaranteed pricing. 2) Send you a written proposal, with our trademark "Guaranteed Not To Exceed Pricing" 3) Schedule your move with the proper manpower and equipment and perform the move in the time frame agreed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
