Granny’s Family Catering was hired for our family reunion. The owner was very responsive to all our inquiries and requests. He brought the food to our venue on time and assisted with the set up. The food was delicious, especially the pies and cookies. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them for any catering needs.

Drive from Alabama to Myrtle Beach and knew we would be tired so hired Chef Arthur to be our private chef for the evening! We didn’t know what time we were arriving due to stops and traffic and Chef was flexible with our schedule and was prepared to cook on arrival. We worked together on the menu and aligned on an appetizer of smoked chicken salad served w/ crackers, salad w/ homemade garlic dill dressing, entree of seafood stuffed blackened catfish w/ mashed potatoes and broccoli, and homemade carrot cake and icing. We had absolutely no complaints because EVERYTHING was amazingly delicious! And he cleaned the kitchen spotless including putting leftovers in the refrigerator. I reached out to multiple local chefs and their menu selection was limited, they told me what the meals were going to be, and overpriced! We are sooo happy w/ our experience and already planning our next visit to hire him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on menu and after getting the menu then I can price it out and give you a price based on per person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what there menu is and see if there is a budget that they have in mind. I also need to know if they need service or drop off. I will then price everything out and get back with a price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Horry-Georgetown Tech for Culinary Arts. I am servsafe certified. I have worked in numerous resteraunts as a line cook, vegetable cook, saute station, grill cook.
