I have use the ladies from white glove cleaning on several occasions. These ladies go above and beyond to make sure all of my requests are taken care of. They completely respected my home. They always greet me with a smile when they come and a hand shake when they leave. I've also had to leave them in my home while running errands and have always felt safe doing so. We are sending the 1 lady home She was 30 mins late and there was supposed to be 2 people Not what we signed up for They suck

A deep clean was requested, As I explained to bob the work is the work that simple, it's 2 cleaners for 2.5 -3 hours or 1 cleaner for 5-6. Unfortunately the 2nd available cleaner for this clean damaged her knee and is in a brace. As much as I wish we could predict and prepare for the future I just can't. We apologize the Bob wasn't happy but in fairness he didn't even let us clean to see what an amazing job we do on that end also our cleaner is one who does five and six bedroom deep cleans by herself on a regular basis so there would've been no problem. Our cleaner was late there was a wreck on 544 must just be one of them days Have a great one and again sorry for the inconvenience.

Before anything we like to meet with our customers to get a better idea of exactly what the customer is looking for and a complete list of all their needs which helps us pinpoint a price and time frame the job can be completed in.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish everyone knew that it takes a special kind of person to take as much pride in cleaning someone else's property as it does to clean their own. It is not an easy job if you do it correctly and you should hire the best fit for you and your home. I only employ people that love the product that they produce, because if you arent happy, we aren't happy!!!
